Vibe Flow Festival grounds at Kinzua Heritage
What to Expect

Kinzua Heritage Grounds

4047 Fox Hill Road, Russell, PA 16345

Hosted at the historic Kinzua Heritage Grounds in Russell, PA, this festival gives you space to find your rhythm at your own pace. Three days of music, movement, healing, and community in the ancient heart of the PA Wilds.

The grounds carry a living energy that you can feel the moment you arrive. Ancient hemlocks filter the morning light. The hilltop clearing catches the last of the evening light. After dark, the firelight transforms the clearing into something entirely its own.

What the festival includes

Music

A sonic journey from organic acoustic sunset jams to high-energy electronic rhythms that keep the fire circle moving deep into the night.

Workshops & Flow Arts

From the technical physics of hula hooping and poi to the intricate dance of staff and fans, learn from innovators who treat the air as a playground.

Healing

Solar yoga, guided breathwork, and sound baths that resonate with the frequency of the forest. Balance the energy on your own terms.

Medicinal Plants

Guided walks identifying the native medicinal flora of the PA Wilds. Learn what grows here and why it matters.

Camping

Rustic camping under a canopy of ancient trees. Wake to birdsong and wind in the hemlocks. No frills, all atmosphere.

Vendors

Hand-selected artisans featuring flow tools, organic salves, and locally crafted goods. Shop small, shop local.

Why the Solstice

Timed to the turn of the year.

Vibe Flow is built around the summer solstice, the longest day of the year. Cultures across history have marked this day as a moment of power and transition. The sun is at its peak. The light begins to shift. It is a natural threshold, and one of the best times to check in with yourself.

We structure the three-day arc around this deliberately. Friday is for grounding, arriving, and shedding the weight of the week. Saturday holds the peak, the longest day itself, the highest energy day, when workshops and fire performances and music all run at full intensity. Sunday is for integration, quieter and reflective, a space to set intentions for the second half of the year before returning to daily life.

No particular beliefs required. Come with something to release. Leave with something to carry forward.

Friday

Grounding

Arrive. Settle in. Let the land meet you.

Saturday

Reset

Peak light. Full fire. The highest energy day of the year.

Sunday

Energy

Reflect. Set intentions. Carry the light forward.

On the Grounds

Camping under the hemlocks

Rustic camping under ancient hemlocks on a wooded hilltop. Wake to birdsong. Have coffee in the morning light. Share a fire with people you just met.

Passes are limited by design. A smaller gathering makes for better weekends. The friendships you make here tend to stick.

Land Stewardship

Leave No Trace

Respect for the Kinzua Heritage Grounds is mandatory. Pack out what you pack in, stay within designated fire safety zones, and leave the forest healthier than you found it. The land hosts us. We take that seriously.
